Hi-Rise Residential Condominiums - Hotel - Hospitality Outlets

5th and Hill. Downtown Los Angeles Three separate parcels were purchased to create the L shape parcel that runs from Hill Street through 5th Street.  A 53-level building with a maximum height of 784 feet, consisting of 260,689 square feet of residential and hotel uses, with restaurants and bars on a total lot area of approximately 16,663 square feet. The entitlement process passed the City of Los Angels in February 2020.

Luxury Home Land Use

McCrea Ranch, Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks, California. Jeffrey worked with the City of Thousand Oaks and the mayor's office to purchase and develop the sixty (60) acres of undeveloped land and to sub-divide the property into twenty-one 1-2 acre luxury homes. In January of 2000 JMF Enterprises III sold the property to Shea Homes, a national developer.  


 
Mixed-Use Residential and Retail

672 S Lafayette Park Place Los Angeles. In May of 2002, the Historical Granada Building with the adjacent surface parking lot was purchased in May of 2002. The parking lot has approximately 17,000 square feet. Currently, 672 S La Fayette Park Place LLC is process of initial studies of planning the site for a building that will consist of parking, retail and dwelling units.
