Perch is a restaurant/lounge and has become an institution in downtown Los Angeles.  The Venue has received many awards since it first opened in August 2011. In addition, Mrs. Fish was created in the basement of the Building. Jeffrey worked with the City of LA, the LAPD, and the Department of ABC to obtain licensing and permitting for the venues.
